Founded in 2004 and located in well-known scenic resort Guilin, China, Bejoy now has developed into one of Chinese leading producer of fashion and housewares clothes hangers. We operate 3 factories with 37,500 square feet working area and approximately 180 skilled employees, it make possible that more than 36 million clothes hangers are sent to customers all over the world on time every year.

In an increasingly competitive globalized market, with an efficient network of nearly 120 retailers & supermarket, today we offer an extensive assortment of economic and quality hangers, and has become popular housewares for the people around the world.

Q1: Do you have minimum order quantity ?

A1. Normally our MOQ is 3000pcs. But for some stock items, we can offer a lower MOQ which
down to 500-1000 pcs. And the price will be much lower when the order quantity is higher.

Q2. Can you issue Original Certificate and Fumigation Certificate?

A2. Yes, we can issue both; the fumigation fee will be quoted in addition.

Q3. Can we check and inspect the goods before delivery?

A3. Yes, we always welcome your visit and goods inspection. And a simpler way to confirm acceptance of quality of goods is by sending the production samples before delivery. In addition, you can also hire a third party inspector for goods inspection.

Q4. Do you provide free samples?

A4. Free samples are available if we have the samples stock, we can provide you 1-2 pcs with freight collect; otherwise we will have a small amount of sample charge for making the samples with normal lead time of 10-14 days.

Q5. Can I make change to my order during production?

A5. No. Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, and therefore cannot cancel or change your order.

SAMPLE TERMS

All the samples for normal styles in 2pcs are free, however, the custom design with logo will require USD 20 per style. The customer should cover the shipping cost for delivery samples.

PRODUCTION TIME FOR SAMPLE

We normally need 7 days to complete a regular sample. However, if the hangers styles and hardware are special, we will need more time.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

We normally need 30days for completing an order, however if there are special styles and custom designs, we may need extra time for proceeding.
